1. How do you source transactions?
We source transactions directly through our own research or by recommendations and introductions from one of our local partners.

2. Do you invest in public or private companies?
Our strategy is to invest in publicly quoted companies, although we will look at private deals, particularly if they involve issuing or buying debt

3. What is the typical size of companies and your transaction size?
We do not have strict rules on size of investment or companies. In general, we are interested in companies with market values of between $300 million and $5 billion, and transaction sizes
of $10 million to $150 million.

4. Are you interested in any specific sectors?
No, we are not sector specific.

5. What is the speed of your investment process?
We work very fast, and focus on quick execution. For more well-known companies we can often complete a transaction within a few days. For more specialized situations it could be a few weeks, but it is rarely longer unless there is a delay due to the seller or market conditions.

6. What is the length of the holding period?
This depends on the transaction and the nature of the investment.
Also, Foundry works with different investment partners with various average holding periods. In general, Foundry focuses on value
or event-driven investments, so the holding period is most likely to be medium to long-term.
