EQUITY
Foundry provides owners of large and generally less liquid holdings the ability to sell position discreetly, away from its home market and the existing shareholder base. Sellers tend to be family owners, institutions, hedge funds and corporate with treasury shares. Foundry's investment partners mostly are portfolio managers and owners of large, discretionary investment funds.
DEBT
Foundry provides companies with alternative financing solutions such as equity linked, convertible debt. In this activity the firm looks to act constructively with management in taking the necessary steps to maximize enterprise value and grow the business.
